I am curious how all of you (especially the ladies! ) find the delicate balance of having enough calories to get through long training sessions while still being able to lose weight. I am so hungry with all my training that I can't seem to budge the numbers. Maybe I need to take the carbs back down, so I don't have to take as much insulin? Thoughts? Magic food that helps? thanks!!!!!!

I do it by exercising harder. I have done the cutting back on my insulin and that makes you a little high and dehydrated which effects your workout!!!
