Good job John! What a scenic view behind you! Were there any bike accidents during your ride?

Finished the Pan Ohio Ride of Hope. We raised $500000. A 1000 dollars gives a chance for a family to live in the Hope lodge for 2 weeks while their love one goes through cancer treatment.

I donated John! It was easy. show your support for John if you can. It is for a good cause. I was sorry to hear about your recent losses dude. Have a great ride. I hope I can get a good bike soon and start riding too.

I am getting ready to do the Pan Ohio ride of Hope for cancer. It is a ride that goes from Cleveland, Ohio to Cincinnati. 4 days 328 miles. July 28th -July 31. I couldn't do the Cure De Tour ride this year. I know that it is for cancer but if you feel like donating that would be great. Google Pan Ohio Ride and then click on donate and type in my name. John Sangdahl. Thanks. I feel very lucky to do such a ride. I had quadruple bypass in Dec 2009. Last year I put in 4200 miles and I am up to 2000 miles this year.

Wish I was! With the TX heat, I've been threatening to move there at least for the summer. Hope you have fun, and be safe!
