Has anyone else had a problem with the mini USB mounted in the receiver case. Mine has slipped back into the casing and I now cannot charge it or download data.

Seems the UK distributor is going to exchange the unit for me tomorrow but after spending over £1k on it just 7 wks ago, I have concerns over its design and reliability.

Same happened to us after 1 month of use. It was replaced without questions asked, so it seems that it is common issue :(

I txt'd the UK agent on Boxing day (26th Dec), the UK agent's MD promised to go into the office on the 27th and ship out a replacement under warranty for me that would arrive by 11am on 28th.

It arrived at 10.55am on 28th, what great service :-)

The previous one has only just run out of battery (or died) whilst calibrating the new Receiver with the Transmitter. So no wasted sensor time either.

Today when I tried to charge my G4, it didn't start charging. I pulled out both ends of the cord several times and it finally worked. I wonder if this is going to be a problem for me or whether it was just an isolated instance. Time will tell.
