INFORMAL SURVEY: Is the Dexcom Seven Plus volume setting loud enough to wake you up?

Hi everybody!
I'm writing a paper for my Comp 1 class about the Dexcom Seven Plus. I'm proposing that they offer the consumer more choice regarding volume and alert tone features. My question is this:
IS THE DEXCOM SEVEN PLUS ALERT SETTING LOUD ENOUGH TO WAKE YOU? PLEASE ANSWER WITH A CLEAR YES OR NO AND ADD ANY RELATIVE COMMENTS. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this! I appreciate it very much.

No, not as loud as I'd like.

It usually wakes me up, but not right away.
When I eventually hear it, I often find it has been beeping for 30-60 minutes.
I did have a hearing exam last year, and diagnosed with mild hearing loss, but don't wear aids. Thinking I should, just at night time so I can hear the alerts !
I always hear it during the day, and agree it would be ideal if there were volume/vibrate settings for different times of the day.

Yes...unfortunately! I used to think I was a deep sleeper. I guess not!

Yes, it is loud enough for me when placed on a bedside table near the head of my bed. Individuals who die when they sleep may find it helpful to place the receiver on an aluminum disposable pie pan. This will add to the vibration and alarm.
