I have heard back from Warren retrevers I should have a puppy in 6 to 8 months. I can't wait! By this time next year I should have much of my independance back!

How much is the cost?

it's not cheap...... But warren retreavers has a program called Guarden angel alert dogs thats helps you with fund raising. check out the site, call Dan with quetions. best of luck

That is good news Kathy!I know several people on Facebook who have diabetes alert dogs (DADs). Most of them come from Warren Retrievers. I hope your DAD will be there for you soon, and will do a very good job alerting you!

Thanks I just hope that my dog can do what the CGMS was suppose to do and did not do.Plus with the kids grown and gone it will be nice to have someone depending on me too.
