Pregnant ladies... H1N1 shot or not?

My CDE has mixed feelings about the vaccine because of the rush to get it out. I get the sense from my OB and perinatalogist that it's highly recommended, so I've been feeling torn about it. I had the regular flu shot in mid-Sept and it didn't hurt the baby and I am running into so many of my students and friends who have swine flu or are just getting over swine flu or who have kids with swine flu. It's enough to make a person jumpy. But I also don't like the idea of being a pregnant guinea pig for a vaccine when it could have unknown side effects. In the end, I think I'll wait and see how it's offered to me - if the OB has it and says do it at my November appointment, I probably will.
