1 pre-chopped pico de gallo (onions, green peppers, tomatoes diced)
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 pack low carb tortillas
fresh broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, asparagus, brussel sprouts, snap beans, celery, tomatoes
1 box cheerios
2 lactaid
10 activia or soy yogurt
fresh beef, chicken, pork
fresh fruit depending on what is in season
almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts
LOTS of crystal light
sugar free jello
peanut butter
whole wheat bread


I'm simple, I am allergic to lactose and grapes and I follow a strict diet :)
Thanks for the list Cynthia! Have you ever cooked with soy products? I heard you could prepare a host of dishes based from soy products.
