Greetings all!! New to the group (and the site) but not diabetes...diagnosed 23 years ago.

I live in Lancaster (just south of Dallas). I'm born & raised in TX so when I travel, I try to get as far from it as possible, but if I had to choose one place, I'd go with San Antonio.

I was born in Lumberton, Tx, just north of Beaumont. I have lived in Beaumont, Dallas, Plano, Round Rock, and Austin. I am now living in San Antonio. My favorite place in Texas is Austin. Hopefully we will move back to Austin. I do miss it.

My favorite place to visit is Lake Sam Rayburn and Boykin Springs.

I am a T2 living in Mesquite. I go to Austin a couple of times a year now that I have a dughter in college there but our favorite place in Texas has to be South Padre, handsdown. Of course hubby likes East Texas to go fishing.

I live in Arlington a few blocks from all these stadiums and roller coasters. I lived in Austin for several years, but I’ve lived here DFW most of my life.
