I'm looking for a volunteer to quickly develop a rube goldberg kind of drawing. Something that shows how a CGM alarm on a child's nightstand might wake a sleeping parent in another room.

Using pulley, fans, wires, loudspeakers, magnifying glasses, something on wheels would all be very RG-like. Anyone like to try and mock this up? It's for a presentation I need to give in 10 days time. And I would give attribution.

I just put a photo of my latest painting in my photo album on tu diabetes. I have had a long time with a painting block due to a parathyroid problem, but seem to have re-discovered my creativity lately.

HI Linda...
Thank You for the compliment.on my charcoal.
. And Chagall is an artist Right?...I will have to look him up.
Art is such a comfort, and really helps you
to process or it helps to take you away into another realm.

Cynthia....your charcoal is so evocative...you truly felt the essence of the medium.

I like your lion...there's a spirit of Chagall there :)

Hey binky....there's SO much that can be rendered with recyclables!!!! Going out to the store is....well TOO easy!

You don't have to buy wrapping paper to wrap a gift. I reused a padded envelope and decorated it with recycled wrapping paper from years ago, discarded red leather strap, and stickers purchased at thrift store for .25 cents.

I have been dealing with some issues with my hands related to my work over the past year and a half. They are healing and getting better, but it has been a huge loss for me as an artist. Are there others with hand issues? My other work as a massage therapist ended in June due to pain and limitations with my hands. I am hoping to get back to some form of hands on healing work soon. I also have training in Reiki and other forms of energy healing.
