I'm back from my trip ;0) Got some nice pics of sunrises and sunsets and waves on the Gulf Coast. http://flickr.com/photos/ladytaz/sets/72157602045891615/. The wedding was beautiful. Fort Morgan was beautiful, and HOT!! Evenings were warm, but a nice breeze. I couldda slept out on the deck! LOL We'd definitely like to go back there again sometime!! By OURSELVES!!! [ or, at least with people that are on the same page as us!! NO elderly, selfish, need all our attention, mamma's] After that, we ended up going to Panama City Beach, FL. But only had two days there. It was nice though. Just hubby and I. Got us some drinks and sat out on the balcony sippin! ;0) Very Nice!! :0)

do you have a star filter on? the specular high lites in the water looks great!

Nope. No filter was used. The 24mm 2.8 lens has 6 blades in its diaphragm, and this produces the specular highlights.

ahhh! i see! should have known that! lol :) just a sugestion do you think it would add to the image if you cropped out some of the water on the left side? less negative space might give the pattern of the leaves more impact???
