I love, LOVE this recipe. Modify it however you wish!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup thawed shredded spinach
1 jar pasta sauce
1 cup sliced mushrooms
pepperoni slices
grated cheese

Pre-heat oven to 300 F. In a large casserole dish, pack the bottom down with drained, thawed spinach. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Next, place mushrooms over spinach. Pour pasta sauce to cover mushrooms. Optionally, you may next layer some pepperoni over the sauce.

Lastly, cover with shredded cheese (amount is optional) and put pepperoni on the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is starting to darken.

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Makes about 4 servings.

If you are for another alternative to bread less pizza, I use philo dough. You can use as much or as little and it's low in carbs and tastes like thin crust. My wife and I love it! You can find it in the frozen section usually near where the pies are.
