MMA is awesome, i do thai boxing and kenpo also! spent a month in Thailand this summer training with Thai boxers.

August 7 is the big show down between ANDERSON SILVA and CHAEL SONNEN. There has been alot of trash talking between these 2 especially coming from Chael. If you are in the Los Angeles area hit me up anc to the party!!!

I have grown to love Mixed Martial Arts. It is hard going to these events at sports bars for a diabetic because these places serve all the comfort foods we are not suppose to eat. There are a few MMA guys that have been touched by diabetes too.
