I am T1 45yrs. i have both, polyneuropathies and fibro. I concur, it is difficult, especially if you work. For example, I am at home today 'cause I can't move (raining outside). I cope, but I am worried about work which adds to the stress. I use a combination of medicines: neurontin, tramadol, ibuprophen. When it gets really intense, I have to take hydromorph. The meds add to the fatigue...I find that the acute pain manifests in different places, i.e., lower back, groin/hip; rib cage joints etc. Is that the case with all of you? The best exercise, for me, is water pilates...very calming...

I found the chat room last night and it was nice to keep things lighthearted and lift your spirits for a bit. Recently I've just lost any motivation. Depression has set the mood lately. I seem to have a short fuse or I'm in tears. Just can't find the happy medium and then now a days those things send my sugars on their own path. Can't win lately. I feel so tired from it all.

You're welcome, Izza. Have you gone in to the chat room yet? There are lots of great people in there with so much advice and are just fun to chat with. It helps knowing you are not alone. Blessings to you and yours, always.

Hi Judith, pleasure to meet you. Some days are better than others. I don't do what I used to with them. I try to keep them involved in stuff to make up for it but I'm not sure who gets more worn out me or
