I can get my BP down should I choose to take the effort. But I can't do that while I am under extreme stress.

Amazing how stress and the lack of sleep can really mess up your health.

I went from roughly 15 units of insulin per day to 15-20 per meal, and now the doc wants me to take up to 140 units per day!

And a statin.

Sigh. I hate messing with my liver.

Gastropheresis could be a blessing in disguise ya know.
A delayed emptying of the stomach can level out blood sugars pretty effectively.

Have you tried massive amounts of water with your meals? Liquids tend to pass through far more easily than solids. Maybe it can carry the food out faster too?

LOL lonely pizza huh?

I just went on Crestor. My blood pressure skyrocketed from normal to high in just 3 months.

So, stuff like pizza is out until I get things back under control (sigh).

But it sounded good though...

A warm welcome to you Chrissy!

We have this tradition here - all newcomers have to bring the pizza for everyone! LOL
