any advice. I am out of shape right now. But recently ran a 5:25 mile and 12:15 two mile(. Any advice about bg's while running log and what i should do to train.? thanks ! Also im 18. type 1 for 3 years

take a look at the different plans and see which one works for you. ideally I test before and after long runs and bring the meter w/ me in case i feel off

I think a good plan is to increase your long run distanc,e on the weekends a mile or two each week and just run maybe 3-7 miles during the week? 5:25 is pretty quick so slowing down might make it really easy to run farther? I go back and forth, if I have a short race, I'll run intervals and get faster but slow down to train for longer runs.
