@Brian, Good luck on Sunday. I hope you have a good marathon but mostly I hope you enjoy it.

Great time and great job on your BG! I have those same emotional waves all the time, "it's low but is it too low" situations and all that and its really hard to avoid overtreating but a gel seems to be a nice big slug of carbs and sounds like it worked great for you!

Sorry to hear junior doesn't like his new diet. I'd recommend "Game of Thrones" for an entertaining example of a 6 year-old being nursed, until...well, I don't want to toss out any spoilers? hee hee...

Ran a great race on Tuesday night - theTel Aviv Nike Night Run - breaking my 10K PR. BS was a little tricky before the race but had a great run. New PR: 43:29

Thank you! I am running to help support an amazing non profit called First Descents. FD provides outdoor adventure programs for young adult cancer survivors (including myself).

NYC in one week! Beyond excited! I had a nice 6 mile run today. Mile 6 was my fastest 6:40.

I have areal 10K on Tue. night. It's the Tel Aviv Nike night run (use to be part of the Nike Human Race). 15K runners. It's a lot of fun but I don't think I'll set a new PR (although I did last year)

I like it when 10Ks are "recovery runs"!
