Do you take a MultiVitMin that is not hard as a rock that might be dubiously digested? I avoid hard tablets and totally avoid anything that is said to be enteric coated, as once I found something sticking out of my poop that cost $1 per tablet. It was enteric coated garlic. That is a waste of money, as if one is seen to go right through then likely all of them do, but who wants to check to see?

So, instead, for a really good mood booster try the Genuine Health Multi+Greens+ Which has all the essential MultiVitMins plus a whole lot of greens. See the ingredients on their web site. Genuinehealth.com
I mix the powder with lemon juice in water. Then add more water and lemon juice to get the last of the powder that has settled.

You WILL feel better with the above, but it is expensive given that you will have more than you are told to, but even if you go to three times, by spreading it through the day, it won't be too much of the elements that have to be watched that are fat soluble.
I've just had some as I'm writing this and I am in a really good happy mood. The instructions on it also say to take the greens+ on a empty stomach.
The one downside is that BOTH ARE MIXED TOGETHER...SO TAKE IT HALF AN HOUR BEFORE EATING. you will feel so good that you won't even want to eat a lot.

Has anyone ever tried the herbal formula "Happy Camper"? Has it influenced how your numbers run?
Thank you

The reason MOST of us fight, is that we cannot see a good alternative. Some of us have reasons to go on, like knowing how our family would feel, if we tried the penultimate solution.
Mike: I have a brother who lives in Edmonton, just off of Jasper Street. I used to live up there as well. Didn't like the winters. Chaplain ET

I just wanted to say, the fact that you are here now, shows how strong you are, and how much everyone continues to fight.
