If you need help now, DIAL 911

If you need someone to talk to, check out the Phone Numbers at Suicide Hotlines, United States Hotlines, and International Hotlines

If you are not in immediate danger because of thoughts of suicide, but need someone to talk with about your suicidal feelings, please do not hesitate to call one of the following national suicide prevention lines:

1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433)

1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)

You may call these suicide prevention numbers from anywhere in the United States, 24 hours a day. People are waiting to help you. Call a suicide prevention number right now if you need to. And always remember that it is never okay to act on your thoughts of suicide. Never. Again, call a suicide prevention number now if you need to.

Never act on your thoughts of suicide.

Has anyone ever tried the herbal formula "Happy Camper"? Has it influenced how your numbers run?
Thank you

The reason MOST of us fight, is that we cannot see a good alternative. Some of us have reasons to go on, like knowing how our family would feel, if we tried the penultimate solution.
Mike: I have a brother who lives in Edmonton, just off of Jasper Street. I used to live up there as well. Didn't like the winters. Chaplain ET

I just wanted to say, the fact that you are here now, shows how strong you are, and how much everyone continues to fight.

Greetings from Mike in Edmonton

I have Bipolar Disorder, OCD and Anxiety in addition to LADA Diabetes.....rather a full plate but I am managing. Good to see a group like this exists.

Cheers

A starting point for climbing out of depression. Take the first step and take a read. Just take it one small step at a time.
