Hi!

No more meat for me... well for a while now. But, BUTT, my butt and the rest of me has gained back the 20 lbs I lost when I cut out processed food. I am still not eating processed food (and will continue not to put that crap in my body), however when I cut out meat, carbs snuck in and took its place while I was looking the other way. So now, more aware than I was, I am being proactive about cutting carbs, consuming more protein, and maintaining the no flesh.

Anybody have any favorite low carb, high protein, no meat snacks, dishes, resources to recommend?

I've found Dana Carpender's low-carb recipe books are great, but they are heavy on meat and fake sugar so I'm looking for more.

Good for you! We should live more quality of life and longer on this food plan. Some of my favs are Adding nutrional yeast to everything...good B vitamins, great cheesy taste. Quinoa, beans, tempeh, corn tortillas ( 13 g cho) loaded wirh veggies piled high with nuts on top...and NY. popcorn, air pooped for snack, with flax oil and celtic sea salt. Tahini on celery, nut butters on apple slices with cinnamon. Hope this helps.
