Hey, my Tu Diabetes friends...my girlfriend has Type 1 diabetes, so I just started a campaign called 'Run To Stop Diabetes'. Visit www.RunToStopDiabetes.com for more info on the campaign & let me know what you think!! We're running the 2011 ING NYC Marathon to raise money & awareness for diabetes.

I don't know about Jim Turner. I find his segments a little...depressing. They all seem to be about how his diabetes gets out of control and gets the better of him. While this is true to life, I don't find it very encouraging.

Guess I'd prefer to hear from someone who is more defiant, at least once in a while.

I just found this group and can't tell you how excited I am. I love watching Dlife. A while ago I got my girlfriend to start watching with me. And lately her roommate and the roomates boyfriend all sit and watch it together. Its kinda corny but everyone gets excited about it.

My 21 month old grandson was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on 12/14/09 and dlife has been my springboard to all sorts of information. My grandson loves the recipes I've made! The show is great and website are both great!
