Living in Spain. I need a friend who can help me find my way around a diet! I need low calorie low carb, low fat diet, But I still have to be able to do my DIY and Veggie patch! I have several medical issues and walk with sticks. Inland Andalucia can be a bit 3rd world. MY Local Doc, just smiles when I tell him I cannot cope! He suggests "I manage!". My legs burn, have necrosis in an ankle, Heart disease, and nearly 200 Ilbs! I love working but trapped by pain, weight etc etc! Need a plan and someone with insight and experience to advise us! Please!

Hi Justin, I live in Paris with my husband and 2 daughters. I'm quite involved with the AFD75 (local Paris association of the national french diabetes association). Always happy to meet others...
