Hi it new to this group and it seems like their are not to many posting is everyone shy or dishonest about exercise. My motivation is my 6 month old Chesepeake Bay Ret. he needs daily walks and now that it has begun to rain and the winds are whipping off Lake Erie the chill is in the air I dread the though of winter, Did fantastic this spring and summer the cold will be an enemy but as Aschilie said battle the sleep and hard times. Motivate!

Motivation: Accept that your not going to feel like working out everyday but your going to do it anyway, Remind your body that your in charge of it not the other way around, and run the words through your head "I can do hard things" .With diabetes I am always tired and feel like I could sleep for days...(not very good with it)

I'm T2 and on meds. Exercise and weight lifting almost everyday but my HA1C still at 8. Each time I take more januvia and metformin, I ended up low. Is a Diabetic always have this kind of problems?
