This is a vent just found out Returning from a short vacation and boarding my Chessie we had him evaluated for knee and hip issues he is just over 2yrs, he has torn or has genetic problems that lead to knee instability. Equaling I just lost my exercise partner for a long time. He will be paced with knee replacement surgery and swimming rehab.. On top of being type 1 I have epilepsy and he protects me on my walks and can predict both epiy activity and low BS's. I now have a DEXCOM freeing my life more so I can predicts lows but I drop like a jet fling. Exercise causes me to come home and collape I afraid with him it will happen on a walk and I'll go into a seizure I can not predict them.

Hi it new to this group and it seems like their are not to many posting is everyone shy or dishonest about exercise. My motivation is my 6 month old Chesepeake Bay Ret. he needs daily walks and now that it has begun to rain and the winds are whipping off Lake Erie the chill is in the air I dread the though of winter, Did fantastic this spring and summer the cold will be an enemy but as Aschilie said battle the sleep and hard times. Motivate!

Motivation: Accept that your not going to feel like working out everyday but your going to do it anyway, Remind your body that your in charge of it not the other way around, and run the words through your head "I can do hard things" .With diabetes I am always tired and feel like I could sleep for days...(not very good with it)

I'm T2 and on meds. Exercise and weight lifting almost everyday but my HA1C still at 8. Each time I take more januvia and metformin, I ended up low. Is a Diabetic always have this kind of problems?
