The below 24 hr trend is from Nate, a 15 year old type 1 Diabetic... with a little help from his mom Emily, they are achieving some of the most inspiring trends to date. A 15 year old producing 24 hr Flatlines??? wow! Need I say more?

"WOW, a little surprised to post again, but here's his 24 hour! I thought we had nighttime basals correct (as long as he doesn't have a bedtime snack) and I guess they're looking pretty good. Fingerstick this morning --87. We'll see how today goes..."

Heres a couple days from the last few weeks or so. I eat low carb so, my spikes come from protein these days. Normally I dont hit over 120-140 PP.

range 72-109mg/dl

range 75-125mg/dl

The today...

Range: 63-145
OMG...these are amazing numbers:) You guys have inspired me to get back on the wagon! I have been low CHO for a while and w/ CGM/Dex I got HgA1c's down to 6.0's...which was previously IMPOSSIBLE. Need to be Taging:) I have had trends that would qualify as flatliners...will have to try to achieve once again and post some;)
Can't wait to see them Patricia! You can post in rollercoasters, rocky mountains or FUBAR (that's not what it's called?) too.
Patricia, please do! As jrt said, we'd be happy with any trends you feel like posting. Just be careful, they say its addicting to flatline. I believe them too!

Happy trending.
Beautiful curves. Very inspiring.
Thanks so much Skytor!
I think with the help of the TAG system, I nailed down my proteins. Todays lunch was left over anniversary ribs and cabbage salad. I flattened it! =^)

range is 80-140

hahaha TAGwagon! Thanks Danny for the support and kind words! Honestly, there are three things that are working well for me right now. First is the WOE, then the Dex, and then TAGing. I couldnt achieve any flat lines without all of those items.

My goal right now is to get you a flat 24 hour photo. Its hard to do! Today I dropped into the 50s twice which is just too low. But, Im going to keep working on it!
Thats a perfect day! Sweet! I think thats the group cover shot!
Ahh, way of eating. Dont know where i picked up that one. Ha!

Sweet. Its a great days worth of numbers.
I know it sounds crazy, like we don't have enough motivation to keep our numbers tight and use our CGMs as tools to do so, but a Flatline of the Week may get my competitive juices flowing!!

=)
TAGing? Help!!
I really wanna learn. I started on a low carb diet two days ago, for the first time, after 30 years of diabetes. I started after beeing inspired by the posts here at TUdiabetes. I understand I am now starting to cover the WOE ("Way of Eating"). I am already using a CGMS system (I used Dexcom but am now on medtronic's system) I have lots to learn but hey after only two days my lines are alot less rocky. Now what do I have to do the TAGing? What does this abbreviation stand for?
