A club to share your successful and not so successful trends (graphs) from your CGM or Glucose Meters....

Below you will find FIVE different discussions to chose from to post your trends (Please do not post them on the main page)....
1. Flatline 12-24 hours (trends that you are proud to share).
2. Flatline 1-11 hours (trends that you are proud to share)
3. Rocky Mountains (low and high blood sugar peaks).- Days where we have very low blood sugars and the highest of high blood sugar peaks.
4. Rollercoaster- "lines that aren't flatlines, but aren't exactly Himalayas/Rocky mountains either" this is the in between area
5. What in the World? This is the area for those things that just are'nt right with your CgM trends.
Post your trends, don't be bashful. There's not many things better in a diabetics life than discussing glucose trends (good or bad) with other diabetics. Remember, the bottom line is this group is for support, not in anyway a competition.

So, there has to be a category for lines that aren't flatlines, but aren't exactly Himalayas either. I thought, maybe, Appalachians, but I'm not sure if I'm even spelling the word correctly. How about just, 'Rollecoasters". Here's my attempt to…Continue

This is the area for those things that just are'nt right. For instance from yesterday to today my Dexcom sensor has been off. If I fingerstick 100 the Dex says 180, if Im 150 the Dex says 260! So, the PG expression is "what in the world?" Normally,…Continue

Comment by acidrock23 on March 5, 2013 at 5:42am Yeah, YOU aren't bad Natalie, it comes with the territory. I had a wild evening last night as the BBQ first cought on fire, so I tossed dinner in the oven, the fire went out and then I tried BBQ again, but the tank drained so back in the oven. MrsAR raised eyebrows at chicken which, with cajun seasoning, so it was "blackened" although it turned out ok. I figured the rice @ 55G of carbs and *thought* I bolused but didn't and, when my BG started to take off, I decided to walk the dog *before* I looked to see about the bolus so then I uh, aggressively cut the spike off and then had IOB at bedtime, lots of "turbulence" capped off with a nice slice of DP at 3:00 AM, when I woke up and started firing corrections at it. Oh well, living with diabetes is better than the alternative!

Comment by Kate on February 4, 2013 at 5:02pm You know that point in time when your cgm says "57" and you feel like you've already emptied the fridge, but it's been over 48 minutes and you're cgm is holding that line like the horizon and you know you have stuff to do that will not get done well with low bg and the ice cream sounds SOOOOO good. But you know you will pay for it later? I know you do. I'm headed to the freezer :)
Comment by Natalie ._c- on January 26, 2013 at 8:02pm Cute lil Mr. Blue Eyes! :-) And yeah, he'll keep you chasing him, only in the future, you're going to have to run even FASTER!! :-)
how precious ...Hi Eli ,a wave to you too :)
Comment by Kate on January 26, 2013 at 5:30pm Eli'll be a year in a couple weeks. Everyone told me it would fly by, but sheesh! He is soooo much fun! He just figured out a couple days ago how to get down on his hands and knees from a standing position. He "runs away" down the hall and waits for us to notice and "chase" him. He points out every light he sees and waves to pretty girls with ponytails. He's gonna keep us on our toes, for sure! Here's a pic from just before Christmas:
