Awesome, John. It amazes me to see what exercise and smart eating can do for all of us. I know that I've cut out many processed foods, especially those with fructose corn syrup. I suspect this one thing is probably at the root of the current epidemic of diabetes and obese children. But does the government do anything about this? No, because of the powerful corn lobby.

Congratulations and thanks for letting all of us hear the good news. Keep it up.

Not sure what's going on here? In the last 3 week my numbers have been incrediblity good. my highest reading has been 127 and my lowest has been 79 in the last 3 weeks with an average of 98. My BMI is at 23.5 and I feel better that I have in years. I have even been eating some foods that was was avoiding just to test myself and my number are still coming back good. My doctor reduced my meds 10 days ago cause my numbers are looking better. I don't go back to see my doctor til Sept 25, but kind of can't wait to find out what's going on, it almost like I don't even have diabetes anymore. I'm still eating right and excersing a lot cause I like what I've been seeing the last few weeks. Have a nice day everyone : )

Marcos,
Great idea. I've thought about this for some time now. My other thought is we can contact one of our clan that may live near a place we want to visit in Florida. We can write and get their advice on what to do and where to do. Like I said, great idea!

Well Cheri I don't mean to butt in, but a lil advice on your day to Disney would be this: Start your day early (as soon as it opens)!!!!! It gets packed pretty quickly and the lines gets pretty long as well!!! Luckily there's these fast past tickets you can get at certain rides inside of the park by sticking in your park tickets in the machine and in return you'll get a fast past ticket letting you know when the best time is to get on that ride (you get to get in the fast past line which is waaay shorter than the main lines). One fast past per one park ticket and don't worry the machine will give you back your park tickets. Everything out there is pricey$$ so bring your own cameras, towels etc.. Where light colored clothes, hats and plenty of sunblock. If you bought park hopping tickets make sure you check out MGM Studios (really great for kids), Animal Kingdom (if you dig animals) and Epcot (r you into science) if you can? Have A Great Time!!!! If u have more related ?'s don't hestitate to ask!

If you live and work in Florida, all you have to do is invite someone down for a visit. More visitors to our state mean more jobs and a brighter economic future. One simple invitation can help you reconnect with friends and family, improve Florida’s economy and be entered to win a great vacation. Because the Sunshine State is a great place to live – and together we can keep it that way.
