I just received a free light purple colored padded case to hold my Lantus Solostar pen, by filling out a survey on the Lantus Solostar website. https://www.lantusconnection.com/default.aspx
All you have to do is sign up and you will receive it in 2-3 weeks. I got mine yesterday.

Sindhilicious,

I think you are posting in the wrong forum for selling your unused meter. This is a group for "free" stuff.

I have a new one touch meter that I would like to sell. It's brand new in box.. I bought it as a back up and never used it. The manual and box is in spanish but all english manuals are available online. Contact me if you want to buy it and we can figure it out.

I have an Accuchek Aviva meter and case (no lancet device or strips), the manual to said meter; 5 never used logbooks (3 onetouch ones, 2 others), 2 insulin pen cases (one from Lantus, one from "sunstar". Please message me if you are interested in any of these things. I'm moving and I'd rather they go to a good home than into the trash.

Today I received a free welcome kit from Aspire RX, they are apart of United HealthCare. It included the Accu-Check Aviva meter, Softelix lancing device, 50 test strips/ 50 lancets and a pack of gum. Each month I will receive for free 60 test strips. This is a new program they have started. If you have United HealthCare insurance give the a call or call Aspire RX at (877) 221-3464. I havd to do nothing, they called my Doctor and he gave them the RX over the phone. It's good for one year. My test strips each month cost a pretty penny, look at the money you can save. Aspire RX rep said they are teaming up with additional insurance companies.
