Has anyone dealt with Byram for the navigator?
I just talked to them today about coverage for my cgm and they cant seem to understand the information from my blue cross and blue shield and refused to try to contact the person i spoke with who told me they were wrong...Twice! Im getting VERY FRUSTRATED!!

I get my sensors from Byram and have a BCBS plan, too. Haven't had any problems. My first order with them was back in October and I've had one 3-month supply order since then last week. Do you have the direct line for Gina or Dave who handles the Nav orders? If not, email me and I will give you their extensions.
Of course, I was already using the Navigator and have only gotten sensor supply orders. I don't know what they would be like to deal with the initial system order. I was with Edgepark then and encountered all sorts of problems in the beginning. Maybe that's just par for the course. -
