tomorrow i finally have my surgery. after what seemed to take forever and now is here so quickly. i will be in surgery at 8 am and am told it will last at least 4 hours. if everything goes well and there are no leakages i will be back home sometime friday. probably in the evening. i was allowed breakfast this morning and at noon i had to drink that yucky liquid drink that cleans one all out. i'll leave it at that. i'll be up at 3:00 am to shower and finish packing and we will be on the road by 4:00. i need to check in at 5:30 at the hospital. my daughter steph will be taking me up and staying with me all day. then i will be on my own, unless my son stops in on his way home that evening. he works up near buffalo and makes the hour trip to work every week day. steph won't be able to come up on thursday because her husband has to work. but then again i don't like to have people sitting looking at me while i'm recouping from surgery. it's just creepy, if you know what i mean.
so i will let everyone know as soon as i can how i am doing, even if it's just to have steph come on and send a message for me. then i'll let everyone in on all the fun when i can.
blessings to all.
