new date is may 19th. i got all the way up to the hospital and got sent back home. the doctor wants to wait and see how things are going with the swine flu. we had a scare first thing this morning in buffalo. then i get home and start coming down with a scratchy throat and stuffy nose. guess having the date changed was a good thing. i'll count my blessings after i get over the disappointment. i am so tired of all the 2 steps forward and 5 steps back. i just want to get it over with as soon as possible. i cheated today on my diet. i figured that i was owed it after all that. thanks to everyone who sent me well wishes. i will save them for when i finally get into the operating room. and i will. next time i will tie myself to the table so that they will have to do the surgery.
