I updated My Mac to OS 10.7 and now I can't get the Download working for My Insulin Pump, or the Meter (i'm using the Animas Ping and the meter remote). The software will load up, but I can't get the Dongle to work so I can get the Transfer working. Anyone have any luck getting it to work? Perhaps I was the only one who didn't think before updating??

I guess lesson learned here! I can't just update whenever I want now that I have software I need to work!

Oh does anyone know if the EZ Manager software works with Windows 7? Maybe I'll have to use Boot Camp to be able to get this to work....

Any & all help would be greatly appreciated!

Hard to say what it is. I do not think that the software needs power pc support (or was rosetta needed on the previous OS to run it?). Very likely this is more a driver related problem and Animas should be able to quickly fix this with an update (they should get your feedback of course). The software for Windows is compatible with Vista so I think Windows 7 will work very likely - to my surprise their website is outdated and gives no information about Windows 7. It is hard to understand why they have not already released an update for OS X Lion if there is a problem (the Beta of Lion was available long enough for testing).
I agree! The last time they updated the software for Mac was 2 OS versions ago! I got it to work on 10.6, but now they are 2 OS versions behind. For a company as big as they are, I find this kind of sad.
It should work in lion. I have it up in lion now. But you have to reinstall the driver from the actisys site for the IR device and then the meter started working for me. I used their workaround for 10.6 version and I am back up and running after upgrade to lion. What version are you on I am on 2.0.14 of the ezmanager
