TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

Basically, show off your tattoo, and maybe give everyone a short story.

The first photo is it the day after, the second is about 3 days after and a bit scabby. I like Japanese art so I'm going to have a full Japanese sleeve. So far I have my geisha, and my artist and I are currently working on a water scene. I also have wings on my hip that wrap to my back, no photo yet though.

This is a tattoo I have for me and my best friend. We've been friends for 19 yrs. It's a variation of a Claddagh. We're both Irish.

i really want a diabetes-related tattoo, but not a medical alert one. i want it to represent my struugles with diabetes and my strength/hope but i've yet to come up with a design.
