Wow - this is a place for me: diabetics + ink :)
Got my first tattoo 2 years after my dx - got a few more over the years - celebrated the big 3-0 with a full back piece last year!! Ink on!!

My son in law has been inking my daughter and himself for several months now and he is nearly ready to take other people. So now is the time I need to look trhough all of the medic alert designs and come up with something I like. Never designed my own tat before.

I like that circle one a lot. I have both arms done and wasn't sure where to put more but I like that clear, graphic symbol a lot. Plus The Germs. :-)

I got this in April of this year! The universal symbol for diabetes. I'm thinking of adding "Diabetic" around it as well some time in the near future!
