I know Ireland has high temperatures right now. This may affect your blood glucose control. Check out yesterday's post from Kerri at SixUntilMe.com.
Stay cool and keep your insulin in the fridge.
Bernard...I'm in Dublin and my daughter is one the pump. If Kate is still looking for pump supplies let me know.
I'm a LADA diabetic American, and I want to join because the only reason I found out that I was diabetic was because I was afraid of Celiac and being Irish. I had genetic testing for my children and grandchildren. I don't have Celiac, but I did develop Type 1 at 56yo. BTW, we have a strong Irish community in the southwest side of Chicagoland. We hold the biggest Irish parade in the US. My grandfather was a former Irish Christian Brother.
