Hi,
It's been two years since you've posted, and I don't know if you are still on dialysis, but I just went through a kidney transplant as a Type 1 diabetic last summer. Let me know if you want to talk because there aren't many outlets to go to for support. It's an isolating experience and I was isolated from my family and husband for years prior. I'm finally getting my life back now.
