Lots of low carb breads and you can see all ingredients and nutritional info online. Keeps well in freezer and about a week in fridge.
I'm not a bead baker so this is much easier!
Permalink Reply by BadMoonT2 on October 10, 2012 at 10:34am I have read several very positive reviews for a new baking book called “The Joy of Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free Baking” by Peter Reinhart whose previous books on regular baking have been very well received. He uses the usual nut flours many times adding xanthan gum to lighten things up.
