Wow! I'm not sure if I should thank you or curse you for posting this!! :-)

Oh Niko, We all need a Treat sometime! There are a lot of superbowl recipes out there right now. I need to get busy! Either modifying or posting them as they are!!!! Busy, Busy!!!!!

Keep up the good work, we're having a Super Bowl party and are planning on demonstrating that low carb can be just as "junk foody" as high carb! I'm making homemade corned beef (been brining for a week so far) which is always a no carb hit! You can get brined corn beef at most grocery stores these days and cook it yourself if you don't have two weeks.

Sounds Great, add some of those low carb recipes you are planning on using!
