Hi Amy, welcome home! Can't give you any recs on an endo, my son sees a pediatric endocrinology specialist and I'm guessing you're over 18 :) but here's wishing you luck in finding a good one.

Hi Amy!
Welcome back to Maine! So you moved back to Maine from my home town of Milwaukee...I don't blame you! haha! I much prefer Maine although many friends and half my relatives are in Wisconsin!

As far as your question regarding an Endo. I live in the Falmouth area and see Dr. Babirak in Scarborough. If you schedule an appointment...choose Loretta for your RN/Diabetes Instructor. She's the best! Although I've had several Endos since moving to Maine in 1999, I've always seen Loretta. Please let me know if you have any specific questions. Happy to help!:)
Cheers,
Rita*

Hello Everyone! I'm a Type 1 for almost 4 years and I recently moved to New Gloucester. I am originally from Maine but moved to Milwaukee for 6 years and now it's good to be back home! Just wanted to say hi to my fellow Mainers! :) Also wondering who everyone sees for an Endo and if you have been happy with them...

Thanks!
