Hi guys, I wanted to let you know about a little side project I am helping with - and it would be so cool if some of you guys could join in! Basically its an ALL-diabetics fitness class next Saturday, May 1 @ 2:15pm. Curtis Williams, former NFL-er is teaching the class and its for all levels of fitness. dLife TV is going to be there as well - fun! If you live in the NYC area it would be such a cool opportunity to meet other diabetics and even share with others about any of the cool things you do in the diabetes community.
My email is in the RSVP below - email@example.com. Email me to reserve your space in the class!
We are inviting YOU, as a person living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes,
to join us for a FITNESS CLASS in New York City!
Our instructor will take us through a 45 minute fitness class where we'll learn new workout techniques,
get a little sweaty and learn from each other about exercising with diabetes.
This is a beginner level class - ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME and ENCOURAGED!
dLife TV will be covering pieces of the class as a portion of their Sunday night programming - how fun!
