My pump alarms were inaudible so I called Minimed yesterday afternoon. I was concerned because I'd just received my CGM and it occurred to me that if the alarms were impossible to hear then much of the utility of having a CGM would be lost. After talking to the Customer Service Representative we hashed out the issues. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Together we decided that exchanging my Revel 723 was the way to go. This morning I had a new pump in hand that works perfectly. From phone call to changeover took less than 18 hours. Impressive!
It is easy to bash and whine when things aren't handled well, but in fairness I think that when they get things right that should be shared as well. I couldn't be happier with Minimed Customer Service. Great Job!
