At least now I know not to pull the plunger out of the reservoir! I should have done my homework Insulin everywhere...

P.S. I learned to always check to be sure my plunger would unscrew and screw back in firmly before I got started. For awhile the Medtronic ones had a bit of a problem with that.

I've always had problems with filling the reservoir. So once the plunger pops out then that reservoir can no longer be used?? I can send it back to medtronic right? (to exchange it for a new one)...
