Hi folks!

Recently my pump has begun to display random "NO DELIVERY" error messages. I've changed the set, I've changed the insulin tube, and usually it resets and is okay. Today (unfortunately it was my mom's funeral today so this was just *wonderful*) it just won't do anything but display that message. I have changed everything again and again (wasting precious supplies) but it continues to display the message at about 1.5 units into the priming, where it tells me to rewind and start over... ad nauseum. Since it's weekend I have not tried to contact Medtronics, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue? The pump will be 3 years old this Christmas.

Call them ! They are there 24x7.

Try and run a Bolus with it not attached to your body.

From their site :Alerts

No Delivery Alarm
DEVICE: 523/723 (Revel), 522/722, 515/715, 512/712

REASON: Insulin delivery has stopped. Occurs if your insulin pump detects a blockage.

ACTION: Complete the following steps:

Check to see if your infusion set has become dislodged or kinked.
Check your blood glucose and follow your safety guidelines for treating high glucose if necessary.
Clear the alarm by pressing ESC and ACT. A screen appears with two choices: Resume and Rewind.
Make sure that there is insulin in your reservoir.
If you identified and fixed a kink in your tubing, select Resume.
If the reservoir is empty, select Rewind and change your reservoir and infusion set.
Monitor your blood glucose closely.
If you followed these steps and you receive another NO DELIVERY alarm, call the 24-Hour HelpLine at 1.800.646.4633, option 1 for further assistance.

Sorry for your loss.

This happened to me and I went into freak as it too was the weekend. I replaced the batteries and went through steps as stated below and it fixed itself. Good luck.

I have had two pump failures on the weekend....call Medtronic anytime. They can probably have a new pump to you by tomorrow. It really was always that fast for me, although I am sure it depends where you live. Good luck!

Hi folks!

Thanks for the sympathies and responses. Medtronic is sending me a new pump on Tuesday morning.
