Does anyone take Reliv supplements? I actually love them and have had good results overall, but my problem is that I continue to have a spike in the morning after taking them. So big of a spike that I am high alertign a couple times before it goes down. I have tried to pre-bolus up to 15 minutes before taking it so I have insulin on board and I still spike so this morning I bolused and then took my supplements (its essentially powders you mix into water and drink). But sure enough, about 20 minutes ago I started beeping for a high.
Does anyone have any suggestions to combat this?!
