Assuming you have insurance, contact them and ask them the names and phone numbers of their durable medical supplies vendors. Then contact them to find out how much they charge for the supplies you need. They normally won't be priced the same as standard prescriptions, you'll likely just have a certain percentage off the costs, and then depending on your insurance up to a certain amount in deductible. A lot of insurance plans have a separate deductible for durable medical goods outside of the standard yearly deductible, another way for them to get that much more money out of you =-)

Some insurance plans have separate coverage for pharmacy, and in that case the disposable pump supplies may be covered by pharmacy instead of DME suppliers.
I get my MM pump supplies via mail order from the same place I get my medications.

I've also seen plans that have preferred pump brand supplies covered by pharmacy, and other brands covered as DME, under the same company plan.

Contact your insurance, but be sure to clarify you are looking for coverage of MM pump supplies, and find out your options for your plan.

I have insurance but dont use it, cause it cost me more out of pocket to use it.
I have found it cheaper for me to by my pump suplies from http://www.totaldiabetessupply.com/ I can get my infusion sets and the reservoir for a month cheaper than if i turn it in to my insurance company...I have a high deductable and it would never be reached with just my pump suplies. you can check around for better prices if you find some better than the above site let me know.

I have used Edgepark in the past https://www.edgepark.com and you can do a search for medtronic to browse their holdings for supplies that match your device(s). Used them for Dexcom initially.

I order all my supplies (including one touch ultra test strips) from Edgepark Medical Supply Co (https://www.edgepark.com/). My insurance pays for it all and if any special approval is required, Edgepark takes care of it.
