Hey, Mark! My dad plays bass guitar at our church, and in the past, he's played in contemporary christian bands, too. We're in Illinois.. but much farther north.

Hi all. Can't play, but love to listen. Like all sorts of music. "everything". I think everyone says that?

I like rock, jazz, classical, noise, Tuvan throat singing, Gregorian Chant, Elvis, Do Wop, beat box, rap, American Idol...punk, industrial, old wave, new wave, cold wave...beach boys...ummm

even Country! But not all of anything that I listed above. But I'll give anything a shot.

Hey Linda, my latest CD has a lot of jazz and viola - not a usual combination. It is a gospel CD, however. You can hear some samples on itunes under my name (Merietta Oviatt). May be something you like.
