Hi guys, our new Pod order mails the 11th but was told by the rep the official switchover begins at Edgepark on the 15th where when they put order in for new pods that it alerts insulet to send new PDM. We are supposed to be getting the new pods but will have to call Insulet with lot number and get the PDM sent out. I know alot of you already have it but i hope it helps someone.

fingers crossed!!

They held our order until after the 15th, but Im still waiting on the PDM from insulet, glad Im not out of old pods.

When I was going through my fiasco...Insulet told me that the distributors had already given them a list of everyone using the omnipod system, so it seems crazy to me that Insulet has to give edgepark the OK. If the distributors already gave insulet a list of people, seems like they KNOW who needs the new PDM's...

Got mine yesterday. No idea rhyme or reason. I put the pod on the front of my thigh since it's smaller and will fit under pants better. We'll see how it goes. I've been seeing huge rises overnight even before the new pod and i'm in the midst of readjusting basals in a big way. Hoping this doesnt throw everything off too much
