Insulet Corp. has named Tracey H. Wielinski as Vice President - Global Regulatory/Clinical Affairs and Quality Assurance, effective Jan. 23, 2013. Perhaps this is a sign the company plans to get serious about some of the quality control issues that have plagued members of this community. I hope so.

me too, I have been trying to get a hold of Victoria our CS for over 6 months.......she will call at odd hours once I complain to customer service and then never call back....I want someone else at this point. Can't trust her and she won't talk to my daughter directly and she is the one with diabetes....ugh! Thanks for the info.

And she comes with a heap of experience and education. Sounds like some great news for us Pod folks.

This really is great news. Hopefully this means the OmniPod will only keep improving!

We can only hope.
