I really like the front thigh area, except that it jiggles when I walk. I tried the "sticks to itself" bandage wrap, but am afraid of cutting circulation since I have that problem anyway. My lower abdoman worked really well except for the jiggle factor again...fat girl thingy goin' on.

I just tried the thigh area and it did not go well. Very sore and some infection at the sites (hopefully will clear up).

Normal routine for me is : back of arms, lower back, back of legs (calf).
