Fed up of being told off
I have an HbA1c of 10. I ha tried so hard to control my sugars. I suffer from hypoglycemic unawareness, and when I am low, I eat until I start going up again, but that causes highs.
I am fed up of the doctor saying I am too high. I can't help it. I try.

I do the same thing sometimes when I have a low. I am in the process of learning to eat 15g carbs and waiting 15-30 minutes and then check it again. That is helping me right now. I hope this helps you. Good luck with this. JudyAnn
