Here in Delaware daycares and preschools are not allowed to give insulin (shots or pumps) but they can check sugar. This law seems to vary state by state. I'd like to get this changed for my state but I don't really know where to start. I called 2 state reps last week but have not heard back. I also got the office of child care licensing to give me their policy in writing. Any guidance as to where I should go next?
